Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy Dear Client(s), Thank you for choosing Art Therapy Studio for your group workshop! We look forward to creating with you. Please review our policies carefully before finalizing your booking. By purchasing a studio service, making a deposit, or booking a session, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy outlined below. 1. Booking, Cancellations, and Rescheduling Cancellations: Payments are strictly non-refundable if a booking is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled workshop start time. Rescheduling: Participants may reschedule their session once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the workshop. 2. Guest Attendance and Group Size Authorized Attendance: Only registered participants are permitted in the studio during the workshop. Increased Attendance: If the number of attendees exceeds the count originally agreed upon and paid for, the total price will be adjusted and billed accordingly. Decreased Attendance: If fewer attendees show up than what was paid for, Art Therapy Studio will not issue refunds. However, upon the Client’s request, we may issue a gift voucher equivalent to the unused paid amount. 3. Safety and Age Restrictions Specialized Workshops: Due to the use of chemical materials, pregnant women and children under the age of 14 are strictly prohibited from participating in or attending Epoxy Resin and Ink Art workshops. 4. Studio Materials and Inclusions What is Included: The workshop fee covers all necessary materials and instructor guidance for the duration of the single session. Painting Sessions Exception: For standard painting sessions, the canvas is not included in the base price and must be purchased separately at the studio. 5. Artwork Pickup Policy Storage Limit: All completed artworks must be collected within 1 month of the workshop date. Disposal: After 1 month, Art Therapy Studio reserves the right to dispose of any uncollected artwork at its sole discretion (including disposal, sale, or recycling) without liability or compensation to the client. 6. Liability Waiver Property Damage: Art Therapy Studio is not responsible for any partial or complete damage to clients' clothing, personal belongings, or property resulting from carelessness, or from intentional or accidental actions caused by other participants. 7. Vouchers and Subscriptions Non-Transferable: Studio Vouchers and Subscriptions are non-shareable and strictly valid only for
