Cancellation Policy

Terms and conditions (T&C) and Cancellation Policy for group workshops Dear Client(s), thank you for considering arranging a workshop with Art Therapy Studio. Please read the following carefully before using our services: - Please note: the payments are non-refundable if the booking is canceled less than 12 hours in advance. - Participants may reschedule their session once no less than 24 hours before the workshop. - Only participants are allowed to be present during the workshop. If their number exceeds the one agreed upon, the price of the service will be adjusted accordingly. - If the number of attendees is less than what was paid for, Art Therapy Studio has a right to provide a gift voucher for the unused paid amount only (upon the Client’s request). -Please, note that pregnant women and children under 14 years of age are not allowed to attend the epoxy resin and ink art workshops. - Art Therapy Studio is not responsible for complete or partial damage to the clothing and property of Clients due to carelessness or intentional or accidental damage caused by other participants. -All artworks must be collected within 1 month since the workshop date. After 1 month, Art Therapy Studio has the right to dispose of the products (artworks) created during the workshop at the Art Therapy Studio’s discretion, including disposal, sale, recycling, etc. --The price of the workshop includes all materials and teacher assistance during one session. -The duration of the acrylic and oil painting workshop is about 3 hours. If you need more time to complete your painting you can attend the next session (hourly fee 50 aed only) - By purchasing a studio service or making a deposit, you agree to the T&C and Cancellation Policy listed above.
